Personal Fitness


Our Fitness Program focuses on fat loss, muscle toning, athletic agility, cardiovascular endurance and core strength. Techniques used at the studio are a collection of kickboxing, calisthenics, cardio, core/balance drills, stretching, preventative injury exercises, plyometrics and free weights.

Before a fitness plan can be created, you will be asked to fill out a health history intake form. Next, you will be graded by a Comprehensive 6 Stage Fitness Assessment. The assessment is aimed at providing quality personal fitness training services.

Good body mechanics, posture, and balance are reviewed during the assessment.

Personal Training - HIIT (30 minutes) $25
Personal Training - HIIT (60 minutes) $50

If you suffer from arthritis or old injuries, Fitness Rehabilitation is also provied. We will develop a workout program that will emphasize overall muscular balance to help prevent future injuries and problems.
