About John
At a young age, John was inspired by and grew a passion for fitness and health by watching his mother with her fitness routines. In his early teens, he began bodybuilding and studying various fitness techniques.
His passion for massage therapy grew over the years as well. Being heavily involved in various sports, including boxing and mixed martial arts, John felt that there was a lack of experienced providers for pain management. He discovered that for athletes, massage therapy could effectively facilitate and expedite the healing process, can help to maintain proper range of motion, and can reduce post-workout pain. He also recognized that not just athletes needed massage therapy, but the elderly with joint pain, children and teens with anxiety and pain issues, and people with chronic illnesses such as Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis could all benefit from expertly tailored massage therapies.
With 20 years in the industry and an advanced educational background in nutrition, massage and fitness, John offers a wide range of services that inspire clients to advance their health and well-being through a strategically developed combination of Massage Therapy, Fitness Training, and Nutrition!
