Our 6 Stage Fitness Assessment includes the following:
- Body Composition/Body Mass Index
- Muscular Strength
- Muscular Endurance
- Flexibility
- Aerobic Capacity
- Athletic Performance
If you suffer from arthritis or old injuries, Fitness Rehabilitation is also provied. We will develop a workout program that will emphasize overall muscular balance to help prevent future injuries and problems.

What is your Somatotype?
A somatotype is a category to which people are assigned according to the extent to which their bodily physique conforms to a basic type. The three basic body types are Ectomorph, Mesomorph, and Endomorph. Most people are generally in between two types. Each body type should conform to a specific fat/protein/carb diet to obtain the greatest results.
